Delivery
Since our order increase day by day, all items will be assumed to be shipped out within 1-7 working days (not included Saturday, Sunday Public Holiday) by Poslaju National Courier once confirmed payment has been received.

Buyers will receive our Payment Confirmation email and the items will be shipped out on the next working day if possible. Buyers will be updated with a tracking number once the items have been shipped out.

No combine shipment for Promotion items.

Combine shipment cost are only available for our dealers/agents, direct order, Buy Now Quick Grab Item, but extra charges should be paid by buyers if the item is overweight.

In the event of late arrangement, technical or item testing before send problems; shipment may normally delay for few days but will not exceed 7 working days. We will inform our buyers if any shipment delay occurred.

Any problem take place during delivery that handle by courier services or Poslaju (like item lost), shall all be compensated and responsible by the courier services or Poslaju. Liability Clause for courier services or Poslaju are as followed to their Terms Conditions. We will try our best to discuss with the courier services or Poslaju to help our buyers to fix any of those problems.

Before accepting the parcel from courier services or Poslaju, ensure that the parcel is in a good condition and no broken package. If parcels are not properly sealed before received, do call us on that time or buyers can ask them to return the goods to us.

Once received the items by either buyer itself or any authorized persons, please be responsible to check the item to be in a good and working condition. If not in a good condition, please contact us immediately to obtain our 24hours Return Policy offered as above stated.

Price negotiation?
The price stated as firmed, always the lowest price as I can offer, please do not ask for further discount.
Strictly no entertain for price bargain.
Unless you make a bulk order with minimum 6 units or proof as dealer, I will try my best to do adjustment.

Courier delivery and handling period?
Please allow 1-7days for the shipment. Consignment note number will update to you after the shipment out.
If after 7 days after the consignment reference number sent, still not receive the parcel, please alert me immediately! (Please refer the delivery information)

How about warranty?
All new products selling here all comes with 1 year limited warranty and used gadgets comes with minimum 7 days warranty or as per de and #115;cr and #105;ption.
However, nobody can promise the item is 100% problem free even after tested. (Especially the used item, please be patient if you meet a problem)
If you discover any serious defective, please return to me immediately within 3 days period once you received it with Email alert. We will exchange for you.
(Please just do not tell that you are away and only check the item after a month... This is not a matured excuse!)

Something about the payment transaction...
If you has made an order from us and paid via online TT or cash bank-in, please upload the bank-in information for us within 24 hours and to lelong.com.my.
If you failure to do so, we will seize/cancel your order for further investigation and may caused the delivery date delayed. Please kindly take note with it!
