在宝宝还没出生前，每个准妈妈都会觉得自己比较耐寒怕热，那是因为怀着宝宝的缘故。                                
一旦宝宝出生，情况就不同了，月子里身体比较虚，身体排汗又多，所以更怕见风受凉，特别是脚，最怕受凉。                                
有句古话说得好:“寒从脚上来”，意思就是寒气比较容易从脚侵入人体，要特别注意脚的保暖以免受凉。

2.要宽松保暖。                
3.防滑鞋底。新妈妈身子虚，自己走路都要注意别滑倒了，何况抱着刚出生的小宝宝，那就更要注意了，所以鞋底必须防滑。
