International orders

• We use EMS and Registered Post for international shipping as our main delivery method.
• For international shipping rates ,please submit your inquiry at nisha@nishacollection.com.

• Upon confirmation of your order and payment, please allow 3-8 working days for delivery depends on your location.

• We will give the Winner of the Auction Bidder and the BUY NOW customer 3 days after closing items date to settle the payment.
  
• After 3 days if we still haven and #39;t receive any payment,we will noticed the BIDDER and the BUY NOW customer as JOYBIDDER!! unless you inform us that you and #39;ll need more time to settle the payment.

• Item purchased not refundable.However you may exchange the item with other item within 5 days after the purchased date.

• For exchange,you may pick the different item to replace your order.You need to return back the item first(within 5 days),after we receive the item back(in good condition),we will send out the replacement item(both costs for returning and sending back the item will be bear by you).USE ONLY POS LAJU FOR RETURNING ITEM TO US.

Cancellation

• Invoice(by Order Form/SMS/Private Message)only valid within 2 days from the date of issue. If we do not receive any payment within 2 days, we assume you cancel this transaction and we will sell the item to the next person in line.If you wish to book or make a reservation for the item,minimum booking fee is RM10.00 for lingerie and RM30 for bag and baju kurung/kaftan/kebaya.Maximum time for booking is 1 month.
