* Lost or damage items during shipment will fall under Poslaju's or POS Malaysia's compensation.

- The purpose is to reduce shipping costs as these items are heavy.
- Land/Sea - Peninsular Malaysia.

Return And Refund Policy

* If product(s) purchase is of manufacturing defects, simply return it for a full refund. Purchase returns due to manufacturing defects are given up to 5 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
* Product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Upon receiving the returned product(s), a full refund for the value of the product(s) will be credited, only if within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
