All product warranties (if any) are from manufacturer/distributor warranty and will not be my personal warranty unless stated or agreed upon in advance.

RETURN POLICY:- In the event I sent the wrong item(s) to you, I will replace with the correct item upon returning my wrong item(s). The wrong item must be shipped back unused with it's original contents & boxes. I will then ship you the correct item and I will pay you RM4 for shipping reimbursement. Cash refund will be made if I cannot supply you the correct stocks in a pre-agreed time frame. Refunds are made through maybank online transfer only, for intergiro (any other malaysian bank) a banking charge of RM2 is imposed at your cost.

In a warranty claim : Customer(s) will have to send me the faulty item(s) including handling & shipping cost in advance before I can ship back the repaired or replaced goods. For D.O.A stocks, money will be refunded if I do not have replacement stock for the item purchased. (shipping & handling charges are not refundable) D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) must be informed via e-mail (ftzone.racing@gmail.com)Â or sms (016.4786000) within 3 days upon receiving the products.

I will ensure your products are packed to minimize damage during transit and free from physical damage before shipping (unless stated in product description for used products), if you should receive a bashed up box or tempered packing, please check the content before signing the consignment note. FTZONE Racing will not be held responsible to any loss/damaged items which is beyond our control.
