(i). Steps to Complete Your Bidding




After Auction Closed :

1. Buyer required to confirm shipping address.

2. In most cases, our system will auto confirm shipping charges and send you seller and #39;s bank account for payment. (the same bank info will be presented online).

3. Bidder paid, and pls update payment info online.

Look for the item you win and paid, and follow our screen shoot below to update payment information.




4. We will then inform seller you had paid, payment info will present to them as well.

5. Seller will be required to update delivery info to bidder upon shipping the item.

(ii). Detail Screen - How Buyer Update Payment Info / Slip to Seller:




As a buyer, after you updated your payment to our system, we will send an e-mail to seller informing him that you have paid and they can delivery to you.

We will send your delivery address and your payment details (only if it is in text). If you uploading picture or files, we will request seller to check it online.

(iii) What If Seller Have Not Send Item To Me ?

You can use our reminder to remind seller that you have paid, but have not received goods. Pls refer below how to use the reminder. However, you need to make sure you have update payment online.




We need this information to handle any complaint files by buyers or sellers. Effective January 1st 2008, we no more taking any complait if the status of the transaction are shown unpaid and no payment info.

Delivery

Kindly refer the following shipping handling charges.

1. All items are professionally packaged to avoid being damaged during delivery process.

2. We usually ship the item within 24 hours after payment received, exception for Saturday, Sunday public holidays. The estimated arrival time is about 1 -3 days, varies by location courier service.

3. Shipping handling charges for express courier services:

• RM12 for west Malaysia

• RM15 for east Malaysia

• Discount 25% for 2^nd item

• Discount 50% for 3^rd item

• Discount 75% for 4^th item

• Free shipping for 5^th buying item

• Note: All discounted prices only for shipping to same location.

4. E.g. A combined shipping cost for 2 items to a same address at west Malaysia is RM12 + RM9 = RM21

5. Auction start from RM1 is using register post to deliver as the auction is a paid/feature listing and is a below cost selling.

6. All shipping handling charges are not negotiable.

7. Stricly no combine shipping for the the following item: Item from Auction start from RM1 and/or any other offer/promotion items are excluded for this offer.

1. Any cancellation/fraud/non-paying bidder or buyer will be reported to Lelong for suspension. Deal consider VOID the item will be relist after 3 REMINDERS send by system to buyer within 1 month. (Except for having agreement with sales executive)

   JOY BIDDER WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND REPORTED TO LELONG.For extra information, blacklisted bidder needs to pay RM20.00 penalty fee to reactivate his/her account.

   ATTENTION: For start from RM1 auction, due to so many joybidder refused to pay, thus no more reservation will for winning bid. The item will give to the next bidder of the relist-autions when the previous bidder cannot make the payment. (Hence, if you seriously want the winning item, kindly pay immediately after the auction closed)

1. Goods sold are not returnable or refundable.

2. All shipping handling fees are non-refundable.

3. If any problem or unsatisfied occur with the engine of watches, you may return the item within 7 days. We exchange a new one or another model (only for no stock), or refund (if bidder/buyer request) with the price you bought paid, excluding shipping handling charge.

4. All items for refund or exchange must be in original condition with original sticker at the back cover. Any item that has been sized, set unset, back cover sticker removed or modified by the customers is not eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Bidder/buyer must e-mail us immediately if found any problem before returning any items.

6. Shipping returned caused by incorrect address or other circumstances which provided by customer, bidder/buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to re-send the item(s).

7. We will responsible for the re-sent shipping cost for engine/machine problem (when checked confirmed).

8. For buyer who request for refund, please provide your Maybank account number name. Note: RM2 interbank charge will be deduct from the refund amount if account of other banks is provided.

9. We do not accept Safe Trade, Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) and Self Collect/Meet Up.

Policy

We guarantee that all items to be free from defects in material workmanship for 7 days. Please note, however, the following except conditions/qualifications to this guarantee.

1. Warranty on engine/machine of automatic watch is provided.

2. Warranty only covers manufacturer and #39;s defect. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, engine breakdown or needle removed due to fall onto floor or general wear tear.

3. Warranty void if original sticker at back cover is removed, tear or becoming blur.

4. This guarantee does not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, glass, crown, push buttons, or in an electronic watch, the battery. Warranty doest not cover the battery, as nobody can guarantee the lifetime of battery since it is a consumable item.

5. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents or lack of care.

6. This guarantee does not cover damage from moisture or water seepage unless the model is marked and ldquo;Water Resistant, and rdquo; nor does it cover damage from soaking, or immersion unless the model is designed for swimming or diving.

   WARRANTY VOID if water mark found inside the watch.

7. We reserve the right to relinquish all responsibility for repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by other than authorized watch service facilities.
