PURCHASE AGREEMENT Term and Condition 1. All payment in cash (RM) must be made after the purchase or after the installation have finished (if required). 2. All payment using check must be made not more than 1 week after the purchase or after the installation have finished (if required). 3. 1 year warranty (depending on the goods) will be given starting from the date of the product received or after the installation have finished (if required). 4. Payment must be made according to the quotation given by the supplier and agreed by the customer. 5. No alteration to be made regarding the agreement including changes in price or product after the product received or after the installation have finished (if required). 6. All payment including checks should be made payable no. 7. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charge on overdue accounts starting from the date product received or after the installation have finished (if required). 8. Discrepancy and dispute should be reported within seven (7) days from the date of invoice. 9. No warranty will be given for free items. 10.
