For Option 2, please e-mail us the following details after payment has been made to proceed with the shipment:
1) Order ID.
2) Amount, Date and Time of Payment.
3) Payment Method (GIRO, Direct Transfer or ATM).
4) Name of The Bank Payment Made (Maybank or CIMB).
5) Details of Payment (Deposit slip or Bank Transfer full details)
6) Buyer Details:
- Name and Contact Number
- Shipping Address
To avoid any delay on the shipment, please ensure to e-mail the above details to us ASAP once payment has been made.
*We only proceed with the shipment upon received Payment details and Buyer’s shipping address (Not P.O. Box) with contact number.
Shipping Method: PosLaju
- We are using National Courier Service (Poslaju National Courier).
- Shipping is available from Monday to Friday (except Weekend and Public Holidays).
- Delivery cut off time is 11:00am.
- Payment made and confirmed before 11.00am on Monday to Friday (except Weekend and Public Holidays), item(s) will be sent out on the same day. Otherwise it will send out on the next busniess day.
- Tracking number will be provided to buyer for reference and tracking purposes.
- All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service. Lost or stolen parcel will not be responsible by the seller, but we will provide buyer the shipment details for reference.

- Payments to be made within 2 days of order checkout, after which the system will assume the order has lapsed, item will be re-listed and sell to others party without prior notice.
- All photos of the items are taken on proximity. Colour might be slightly different from the actual items due to the setting and resolution of the monitor.
- All items sold are not refundable or exchangable in any circumstances as we will inspect all our products to ensure that the items are in good condition prior to delivery to our valued customer.
- Any damages/ lost/ defect that caused during or after the delivery which may or may not be affected by the customer shall not be borne by seller.
- We reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- If there is defective on the items you receive or we sent you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 2 days and deliver back to us within 7 days counted on the date you received the shipment. This date is indicated on the Delivery Note.
- Please keep the packing well as we need to return to our supplier
- All returning shipping cost will be borne by buyer at all circumstances. However, seller will bear resending shipping cost if the item is DOA (dead on arrival).
