You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
- Item you received from courier service is damaged.
- Your item is faulty within fourteen (14) days of receipt
- The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered
- The warranty does not cover replacement or repair necessitated by loss or damage from any cause beyond the control of us, such as lightning or other natural and weather related events or specific situations including voltage supply problems, tempering or unauthorised repair by any person, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormal temperatures and conditions or entry by any insect or foreign object in the product.
- The warranty does not cover damage or loss incurred during transportation of the product.
- Warranty void if there is physical damage on the products or the product box is lost.
- Customers are required to ship the product to us, we do not bare the postage charges
