Kindly scan and email to us the copy of the bank-in slip after payment is made.
Once the payment is received into our bank accounts, delivery will be made the following working day. Expect 1-2 days for delivery. We can deliver it to your office address should there be no one at your home during office hours. However special arrangements will be needed.
Please proceed to make the payment via the methods listed for a quick transaction. For interbank transfers, please be noted that the buyer will be responsible for any additional charges by banks other than the ones listed above. If payment is not made within 5-working days and without any return-of-replies from the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order to have an inventory management system well maintained. Should the product fails to be delivered, please do not hesitate to contact us with the numbers provided. A replacement will be sent out immediately when the reason is confirmed to be caused by our courier service.
We try our best to guarantee the quality of the products delivered. However, we do not provide refunds for delivered products. Should the product be deemed of unacceptable quality, please send your feedback (include pictures/images of defect(s)) to us about the complaints within 24-hours after product is delivered. Replacements will only be provided when the case is legitimately proven and will be done on a case-by-case basis.
