1. Half-fill your yogurt jar (Easiyo Yogurt Maker Jar) with clean, room temperature, drinking water. Add this pack, pop on the lid and shake well. Fill with more water to 5mm from the top and shake again.
2. Make sure the plastic insert is down inside the Easiyo Yogurt Maker as far as it can go. Pour in boiling water to the top of it.
3. Put your jar in the Easiyo Yogurt Maker so the boiled water rises part-way up the sides of the jar. Put on the lid and leave for 8-12 hours or overnight until set.
4. Remove the jar and keep your fresh, EasiYo Yogurt in the fridge like normal. Job well done!
Note: If your climate is really hot, use a little (1cm) less boiling water in the Easiyo Yogurt Maker. If it's cold, mix this pack with tepid (not hot) water in the Yogurt Jar.
