All a user need to do is:
1. Select a Document Type from the dropdown list. 2. Select the Customer from the dropdown list. 3. Accept the Quotation / Invoice date or change to another date. 4. Accept the Quotation / Invoice generated number or insert your preferred number. 5. Select the Products or Services from the dropdown list. 6. Enter the quantity and discount (if offered). 7. Enter any comments if required. 8. Print the Quotation / Invoice. You can also save it as PDF.
