We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us, let us know the items and your shipping address and we would quote you a revised shipping charge based on your total order weight instead.

Fission Technologies provides a 1 Year Authorised Distributor Warranty on most products unless otherwise stated on above. The warranty covers any hardware defects excluding any software problems, act of god, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair/modification (Please refer to product manufacturer's warranty policy for more specific details). We carry only Genuine Products.

Customer can choose request us to check/test/inspect the products on their behalf before we ship out the orders. All sales are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. We only accept returns for warranty claim purpose only. Claiming warranty from the above stated warranty period, buyer bears the cost of sending the item back to us. We would handle the warranty claim (RMA) process for you. Once your item returns from warranty claim (RMA), We will advice on collection for it or return shipping fee.

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier service, seller shall not held liable for lost or damage of the item during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to file a lost/damage item claim from the courier company. Shipping Insurance is available for all order value above RM200. Please contact us for more information regarding shipping insurance.

In the event of loss, we will try our best to help you file a item lost claim from the said courier service, please take note that a lost claim can take from few weeks to one month. Maximum claim for orders without shipping insurance would be RM200 only as per courier's T&C. Only orders with shipping insurance will only be compensated in full amount in the case of a lost shipment as per Risk Of Loss & Damages terms.

Please take note that warranty does not cover: Damages to products done deliberately or improper handling or neglect. Modifying, repairing & disassembling the product without written consent.

If there are any problems processing your order (e.g., payment, processing, stocks shortage) we will send an email notification / phone calls and the order may be held until a response is received. If your item is not in stock, you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the item to be restocked.
