Almost every products listed in our shop are without warranty unless it has clearly stated.
*Usually only electrical products are eligible to have our warranty.
We will examine every products that customers ordered before we send them the items and 100% make sure it is in a very good condition and are fine. However, if there problems* with the items that you received from us, we will request the customers to snap a photo of the items and we will make a judgment on it whether is it qualify to exchange or not.
Items are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with all of our policy before making a request to return or exchange.
We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept return or exchange following our policy written below.

1. Items must be return in the original condition including taps, tag, or packaging. Any one of these missing, the return request will not be accepted by us.
2. Items must be sent out from customers to our warehouse within 3 days from successful request.
3. The postage of the whole return or exchange process will be borne by both side as Buyer and US (Larmoire Fashion)
4. Items can be exchange to same design but different colours or size only.
5. *ONLY terrible damaging, defect, send wrongly or massively stained products can be exchange or return to us.
Non-Returnable/ Non- Exchangeable
1. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
2. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
3. Transparent slightly or bad odor.
4. Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
5. Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
6. Sold out items are not available for exchange.
7. Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
*Larmoire Fashion reserve the rights to change the policy for any reason without further notice to the customers.
