We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Returning products is only available for ladies accessories products only. Return must be unuseable , new and good condition and we have created this 7 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) You return the product within 7 days following the date of receiving of the product;
(b) The returned product is unused, new and in good condition, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) Earrings are strictly not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
(3) RETURNS PROCEDURE
Upon receiving your parcel, please take a photograph of the parcel before unwrapping. Any return due to faulty or damaged products must be sent along with the photograph immediately to us.
Products returned under this policy must be sent along with your reason for return, order number/ ID (which can be found on your invoice).
When returning a product please also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent out. (Note: Replacement same goods are subject to our stock avaibility.)
We will send you a refund after deducting 5% administrative fee from the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges if applicable and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will usually refund money received from you using the same account and namethat originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
(5) FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the product that you have received is faulty or damaged in any way please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience. Under these circumstances please follow the procedure outlined in section 3.
As soon as we receive your faulty/ damaged product we shall arrange your replacement or issue you a refund as outlined in section 4.
If you choose a replacement product you will not be charged for re-delivery of this product.
(7) IMPROPER RETURNS
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) We will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
