Nightly rental for the whole bungalow is RM600 (only USD202.40 or SGD244) excluding weekends, eves of public holidays, and school holidays of Malaysia. Check-in time is after 3 pm, check-out at 12 noon.

Security is tight.To access the bungalow, one must pass through two security

check points^^one at the main entrance of  A'Famosa, and another one at the

Villa D'Faro, Phase 9, where the bungalow is located.

• Beside being the only one satisfying requirement to list on  ^^ click here, we may be the only owner who accepts payment by credit card through PayPal.
• Payment can also be deposited into a CIMB bank account.
• Reservation is confirmed only after payment has been settled ^^ first come first served.
  
• A confirmation letter will be emailed after the total amount (non-refundable) is settled.
• Doors and windows of the bungalow are fitted with iron grills. Keys will be handed over upon arrival to gain access into the bungalow. We will not be liable for any loss of belongings of our guests.
• RM200 security deposit is to be paid on collecting keys, refundable immediately if nothing go amiss on returning the keys.
• Price quoted above is all you have to pay per night.

• No refund will be provided for cancellation of reservation.

• Guests will be given total privacy to enjoy themselves. We will not be liable for any untoward incidents from the use of the bungalow including the swimming pool, furnitures, electrical fittings/appliances, etc.
• No housekeeping will be provided throughout the duration of stay.

• No meals, shampoo. soap, and towels will be provided.
  
• For safe drinking, tap water can be boilt using an electric kettle or microwave oven.
