During packing, we perform general checks on the items. In the unlikely event that you've received an unsatisfactory item, please accept our sincere apologies and we offer you a one-for-one exchange, subject to availability.
A one-for-one exchange can be done based on terms conditions as follows:
Applicable for Exchange
1) Wrong Item delivered and
2) Item must remain unwrapped and in its original, re-sellable condition.
Not Applicable for Exchange
1) Items that have been unwrapped and used.
2) Sales Items are not applicable for a one-for-one exchange.
3) Items damaged caused by mishandling.
Please notify us at email@example.com or by PM within 24 hours after receiving your order. Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been used and are in their original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to us within 5 days upon receiving the item(s).
alldarts reserves the right to decline any request if parcel does not reach us within the given timeframe.
Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your exchange within 5 working days.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
