Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday.
2. In normal situations, ordered items will arrive within 1-3 business days upon full payment.
3. If payment is made before 12pm on a business day, your order will be processed and items will be sent out on that day itself. Otherwise the order shall be processed on the next business day.
4. We apologize that we do not provide delivery on weekends & public holidays.
5. Kindly ensure that there is/are recipient(s) at the designated shipping address, so that the courier person can deliver the items to your doorsteps with minimal delay. While we try to deliver the items in the shortest possible time, delays can be unforeseen especially during public holiday and festive season periods, ie Xmas, New Year. Return & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions:

Customers can return and ask for refund of the returned items with the following conditions:

1. No refund is allowed IF the items received by buyer are the correct items placed and goods are received in proper condition. Buyer may exchange the item published on Prettybabes Fashion website as a replacement, whose value is equal or lesser than the returned item. Customers may also top up the price difference to have higher value items than the returned item. There is a 20% processing fee incurred of the returned item, to be borne by the customer. For eg: If the returned item is purchased at RM 100 (exclusive shipping charges), the item that can be exchanged must be equal to RM 80 or less.
2. No cash refunds are allowed.
3. Return items must be with complete and original packing. Items returned in stained, washed, or used condition will NOT be eligible for return and refund.
4. Shipping fees are not refundable.
5. Shipping fees incurred from delivering the returned item will be fully borne by buyer. Prettybabes Fashion will bear no responsibility for any item damaged or lost during the returning shipment.

How do I request for a return and refund of item shipped by Prettybabes Fashion?

You may email to our customer service, cs@prettybabes.com.my for any return or refund, not later than 3 calendar days, upon receipt of item and it is subjected to Prettybabes Fashion’s Return & Refund Policy.

My ordered items are damaged when I first received them, what shall I do?

Prettybabes Fashion is committed to ensure customer’s satisfaction. Thorough inspection is done prior to delivery to ensure items are in a proper and good condition before they are shipped out. In the event that buyer receives the item in a non-working or damaged/broken condition, buyer may email to our customer service, cs@prettybabes.com.my, not later than 3 calendar days upon receipt of item. Prettybabes Fashion will deliver a new set for replacement.

I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

Once Prettybabes Fashion has received the returned item, buyer will be notified and the refund can be received within 3 working days. Please note that refund is in the form of credit that can be used to exchange or purchase other items on Prettybabes Fashion website.

As with all hand dyed clothing, shading can vary slightly from item to item. The picture in the listing is the item up for sale. Since individual computer moniter color saturation and hue vary so widely, we state the color on the auction page for the buyers convenience.
