Bank accounts detail will be release to buyer upon receive order from buyer. You are expected to receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours to confirm your order and payment instructions. Please note that we accept counter direct bank-in, online transfer, via ATM transfer to MAYBANK and PUBLIC BANK only. Alternatively we also accept PAYPAL / Credit card payment via PAYPAL.
Please note that we do not accept 'SafeTade'. We only accept Bank transfer / Wired Transfer and Paypal only.

REFUND POLICY
Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable except for any product's defect (seller will try the best to make sure the goods are in excellent condition).
In the case of any product’s defect, Buyers should email seller within 24 hours upon received of goods and send back to seller within 3 days by way of courier / poslaju / by hand to exchange for a new item (limit to the same model).
No cash refund is allowed, however buyers can exchange for a new item (limited to the same model). Buyers would only be allowed to exchange for other new product (different model) if the original product purchased is out of stock.
Return postage fee is solely bear by buyers. Seller is not responsible for any fee incurred.
Goods return for exchange must be in original condition.
Seller has the right to reject any refund / exchange based on management’s discretion.
Please do not be a joy buyer as you don't have the intention to buy, otherwise the negative report will be given. |
