Shipping Info and Charges:

1. Orders are shipped out twice a week which is on Tuesdays and Fridays.
2. All orders will be shipped using Pos Laju only.
3. Shipping Charges:
   • West M and #39;sia: 1st 500gm - RM9.00 Additional 250gm - RM1.50
   • East M and #39;sia: 1st 500gm - RM10.00 Additional 250gm - RM2.50
   • Each CD weight is approximately 200gm (inclusive of jewel case and bubble envelope). So, its RM8(West M and #39;sia) and RM10(East M and #39;sia) for 1st 2 CDS and each additional CD is RM1.50 (West M and #39;sia) and RM2.50 (East M and #39;sia).

Terms Conditions:

1. Buyers must make full payment within 3 days of placing orders or winning a bid. Joy bidders will not be tolerated and will be reported to Lelong.
2. If a message is sent to you either via Lelong PM or email, you must respond within 48 hours of your bid/purchase will be removed and you will be reported to lelong.
3. We reserve the right to refuse high bidders having negative or hidden feedback and all non-registered bidders. We also reserve the right to remove any bidder/buyer who did not pay for they previous purchases.
4. Your orders will be sent out after we received payment confirmation.
5. By placing an order or bidding for an item you are fully aware of the product ordered or bidded on. You are also aware and agree to the price of both the product and shipping prices incurred.
6. We do not do Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders will be posted using Pos Laju.

8. We reserve the right to amend our T C and prices without prior notifications.

Return Policies

1. Once CDs are sold they are not returnable or exchangeable, unless for the same title and artist and is subjected to stock availability.
2. Customers wishing to exchange a CD must send it back within 7 working days from date of delivery in the exact condition it was shipped. All shipping charges will be paid by customers.
3. Jewel cases maybe replaced if they are cracked or broken upon receipt. Customers wishing to have their jewel case(s) replaced must send back the broken one(s) as prove of product damage and we will send out new ones upon receipt.
