Euro/Eng - The camera is made for the European market. The languages for the interface and user manual are in European and English language. User manual maybe photocopied or soft copy. Customer can also download the English User Manual from the internet.
DOA Warranty–Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box. Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about the time issue. The 48 hours period starts at the item shows “delivered” from the courier service’s tracking system. Replacement will be made on “DOA” item. In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons, Pelate Store will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 30 business days starting from the day when Pelate Store received the defective unit. The seller, Pelate Store has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
12 Months International Warranty - Normally watches and some camera from Malaysia comes with 12 Months International Warranty. It means that customers can bring in to any local service centre in their local country for warranty claims and servicing.
Asia Region Warranty - For Kodak Camera from Malaysia comes with 12 months Asia Region Warranty. This covers asian countries and also Australia and New Zealand.
Nikon Malaysia Warranty - For Nikon Camera from Malaysia comes with 12 months warranty. This means the item must be returned back to us in Malaysia and we will assist by forwarding to Nikon Malaysia for warranty repairs.

WARRANTY
Mobile phones shipped from Malaysia comes with a 12-month warranty for the transceiver. Mobile phones shipped from Singapore and Hong Kong does not include warranty. For mobile phones shipped from Singapore and Hong Kong, the 12-month warranty is an option that you can include and is provided via our Malaysia Service Center.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping is normally carried out by reputable courier service providers such as Fedex and EMS. All courier services are trackable online. NOTE: If there is an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) charge imposed by Fedex even though you specify Fedex as your shipping option, we will automatically ship using EMS.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Resellers are encouraged to take up shipping insurance as there is no claim provided by most of the courier companies for any shipment lost in transit. Resellers are also strongly advised to monitor the delivery of their phones shipped out from our respective shipping centers. Delivery period is usually 3 to 5 working days for major cities subject to time required for customs clearance. Should you notice any delay in delivery, please do not hesitate to call the respective courier service providers on the status of delay and custom clearance.
STOCK COLOUR
If resellers place orders with us without specifying the colour of the phones, we will normally ship out based on the current available colour (which may sometimes be different from the colour displayed in our product images).
STOCK LOGO/KEYPAD
Although rare, there are times when our stock are EX-VODAFONE of EX-T MOBILE, etc, but please be assured that these phones are still sim-free. In additions, sometimes the mobile phones may come with Asian characters which is a norm due to the various sources of supply, therefore if you only need a pure english keypad, please indicate your requirement under the order note or else we shall assume it is ok to send the phones with other characters. We do not guarantee that a full english keypad will be sent but we will try our best to fulfill your requirement.
