3. For warranty item, buyer is required to absorb the 1-way shipment cost of returning the item to us.

It could be due to feeding more than 7pcs of 70g paper which lead to the gear loose. It is recommended to feed no more than 3-4pcs of paper at any one time. Since this is first time, we will replace a new unit for you. We will send the unit out today.
