Note: 1) We will not pay more than one of the Benefits 2a and 2b(i) to 2b(ix) in respect of any one accident. 2) The aggregate of all claims payable under Benefits 2(a) and 2(b) in respect of any one policy year shall not exceed RM50,000. If we have paid a total of RM50,000, this Benefit shall automatically be terminated. 3) Benefits 3,4,5 & 6 shall automatically be terminated when the relevant Sum Insured is exhausted by payment of a claim or claims unless reinstated by payment of a further additional premium. 4) You must not be under the age of 16 years old or over 65 years old.

Protection Highlights

1. Public Liability
   This refers to coverage against legal liabilities arising from claim or claims for accidental bodily injury or death or damage to property (not belonging to, or in custody, controlled by you), caused by you while you're playing or practising golf.
   
   
2. Personal Accident
   Easi Golf also covers you against accidental death or permanent disablement or bodily injury while you're playing or practising golf on any golf course or driving range. You will be paid according to the selected plan specified in the schedule of benefits.
   
   
3. Hole-in-One Expenses
   If you hit a hole in one during private games or sanctioned tournaments, and are required by tradition, to extend your hospitality to participants, you will be reimbursed for the expenses you incur.
   
   
4. Personal Effects
   If your personal effects (excluding watches, jewellery, trinkets, cameras, laptops, portable radios, money, securities, stamps, and motor vehicles and its accessories) are lost or damaged by accident or misfortune at any golf course or driving range, you will be compensated for such loss or damage.
   
   
5. Golfing Equipment
   If your golfing equipment is lost or damaged by accident or misfortune while you're at a golf club or driving range or while in transit, you will be compensated for such loss or damage.
   
   
6. Breakage of Clubs
   If your golf clubs suffer accidental breakage or damage during play or practice, you will be compensated for such breakage or damage.

Major Exclusions

Applicable to Benefits 2

1. HIV and/or HIV related illness including AIDS
2. any pre existing physical or mental defect, diseases or sickness of any kind, parasitic or viral infection, pregnancy, childbirth or miscarriage or any of their complications.
3. effects of intoxicants, illegal or criminal acts.
4. intentional self injury, suicide or attempted suicide while sane or insane.

Applicable to Benefits 4, 5 & 6

1. wear and tear, gradual deterioration, depreciation, denting, scratching, rot, fungus, moth, insects or vermin.
2. golf balls in play
3. golfing equipment and/or personal effects in the custody of an airline or other carrier unless the loss or damage is reported in writing to the airline or other carrier within 24 hours of discovery
4. theft of your golfing equipment and/or personal effects from an unattended motor vehicle unless

1. the doors and windows and luggage boot of the vehicle are securely locked and there is evidence of forced damage to the vehicle.
2. the vehicle is stolen at the same time.
