Cash refund will be made if I cannot supply you the correct stocks in a pre-agreed time frame. Refunds are made through maybank online transfer only, for intergiro (any other malaysian bank) a banking charge of RM2 is imposed at your cost.
• In a warranty claim : Customer(s) will have to send me the faulty item(s) including handling & shipping cost in advance before I can ship back the repaired or replaced goods. For D.O.A stocks, money will be refunded if I do not have replacement stock for the item purchased.
