| Responsibilities :
You will be involved in handling customer support through the helpdesk for HR applications.
Your main responsibilities include daily on-line support through voice, e-mail and remote support to our clients, troubleshooting, maintaining accurate call logging and tracking into helpdesk database, prepare and revise systems and user/training manual documentations.
Conduct user training courses and on site customer services.
