How much is shipping?
The shipping fees will be shown below the item price.
FREE Shipping: Hermosa Fashion offer free shipping for products' price of more than RM80.00. Free shipping also applicable from time to time during promotional period.
Do you ship to my area?
Only limited to Malaysia only. Kindly provide your complete shipping addresss (including post code State) during check out to make sure that your order reach you in time.

When will my order arrive?
For small package (below 3kg) delivery, we use POS Laju Malaysia as our courier company due to the realiability and efficiency of their services.
For packages above 3kg, we will use GD Express to ship the orders.
We will send out the items on the following working day upon receiving the payment. (no shipment will be send out during weekends and public holidays).
Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

What if I haven't received my order?
The delivery time taken by POS Malaysia is depending on their workload, if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment, kindly inform us by email or telephone, we will help you to track your shipment.
1. All item's measurements shown are subject to +-10% discrepencies.
2. All products colours shown may be slight vary with actual colour due to camera lighting effect monitor displays variation.
3. Only items that are defect due to manufacturing damage or stained are entitle for replacement.
4. The return shipping fee shall be borne by customer. However, if we send the wrong items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping.
5. The replacement shipping fee will be borne by Hermosa Fashion provided the return and replacement is due to manufacturing defect.
6. All exchange of item is restricted to the same design and color only.
7. If customer request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer.
8. If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, no monetary refund is allowed.
9. Hermosa Fashion reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy.
Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
- Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 3 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return, kindly provide the order no. your contact no. stating the reason for return or exchange.
- Items return must reach our premises within 2 week from date of informing us.
- Items must be returned in their original condition including tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return.
1. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
2. If the quality, design, and size of item are differs from customer’s expectation, exchange of item is not allowed.
3. Return or exchange are not allowed If size measurement differs about 1-3cm only within the measurement provided.
4. Return or exchange are not allowed If size is not fit with customer. It is customer's responsibilites to make sure that measurement provided fit with their body.
5. Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
