Claim policy and procedure
All item sold have been tested carefully by our technician before delivery. If upon received, there is physical damage to the parcel or item or the item is found defective, the company should be informed immediately (Technical department phone no: 03-8021 7599 ext. 505, firstname.lastname@example.org) before sending back for claim for refund or replacement.
Keep the company inform immediately
In the case of parcel found damage during delivery, customer should inform the company immediately and should not open the parcel without further instruction from the company. Return cost may be absorbed by the company if the claim is approved.
Seek approval to send back
To send back the item, please use original package with all the accessories included and this must be done within 14 days from the received date. All return item must be in their original condition, any tempering or modification made to the return item may void the warranty given thus the company may deny a refund claim or replacement. The cost of return shipment is buyer's responsibility unless otherwise approved by the company. Once we received the item, we will decide whether to replace it or a full or partial refund will be given. Please note we will not be held responsible if item is ordered wrongly.
