- Self-pickup by appointment only. We are open daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
- No delivery on weekend and public holiday.
- Payment done after 12pm will be considered as business transacted the next business day.
- Shipping delivery to Malaysia only.
- Under normal circumstances, you will be able to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the day you place your order and make payment. For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.
- To track your order; a tracking ID will be sms to you or will be provided to your email or wechat or watsapp for your convenience. Customer should inform us immediately if they have not received any shipment tracking details and ID. Sometimes the tracking ID is not working yet especially immediately after the items has been shipped. Kindly please check again after 24 hours and the shipping information should be available.
- We reserve the rights to process all orders using our own pre-determined courier provider. We will try to accommodate any request to change the courier provider but we won’t be held responsible for any inconvenience or delay in the shipment. The buyer shall pay for any additional courier charges incurred.
- Our door to door courier service does not deliver to private postal box numbers.
- Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the rights to cancel any order and refund any payment made even if you have paid.
- We are not the operator of any payment provider or banks and hence do not profit from any of the payment charges imposed by all payment provider or banks. All payment and refunds are subjected to the respective charges and conditions imposed upon by the respective payment provider or banks. The buyer shall be responsible for all charges and conditions imposed by the payment provider and banks.
- All sales are considered final, no return or refund will be entitled. Our policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective OEM suppliers
- We can’t ensure that all products in live posting are in stock. Live products will only be updated from time to time. If the item you order is out of stock, you will be informed with the option to change to other product or cancel your order and get refund. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated.
- Combine shipping cost calculation may differ due to various factors such as size, quantity, location, etc. No combine shipping is available for big size products. Buyer shall be responsible for any additional courier charges incurred.
- Seller shall not be responsible for any loss or damages of the items during delivery by courier company. Buyer has the right to claim from the courier company and seller will assist buyer any way we can to file a claim with the courier company.
- We provide a warranty as per stated on major products. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, act of god, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair/modification (Kindly refer to the products manufacturer warranty policy for more specific details).
- Warranty period will varies for different individual listed products.
Only certain products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a one-to-one exchange (subject to availability of stock) if:
- The product has actual 'manufacturer's defect'
- The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete, in good and re-sellable condition
- The product is accompanied with original receipt
- Customer needs to email us within 14 days of the date of Invoice
- For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to email to email@example.com. Please include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice No, Contact No, Product to Exchange, Fault Description.
- Kindly email us first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions and proactive followup.
- We allow one to one exchange for items death on arriving. Please contact us directly and return back the item with full original packaging within 7 days only. We will exchange one new unit to you pending availability and warranty conditions stated. Any physical damage will not be entitled one to one exchange.
- Please note that certain OEM products are not available for a one-to-one exchange and must be sent to the manufacturer’s service centre for any warranty service.
- We will honour the warranty if the products went wrong. We also reserve the right to void the purchase and initiate a refund to the buyer. Courier fee for warranty claim / return / repair will be covered by buyer.
- Buyers also may send it back directly to our service centre for the warranty process. Our service representatives will be glad to assist you.
