CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International shipment may subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches Malaysia. All these additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Shopper can browse website at http://tariff.customs.gov.my and click on items description and key in the item for example and quot;Binocular and quot; or with the tariff code and quot;9005 and quot; then click search; the relevant information will appear.

The duty/tax as advised is only a guide based on the information given. The assessment officer has the authority to determine the appropriate tariff and the rate of duty/tax is the prevailing rate at the time of importation.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE ISSUES
You may order anything from us and we will fulfill your order, but all imported merchandise are subject to customs clearance. If any issues may arise from inspection or hold and liable for assessed of import duties, sales taxes or any issues arising; the recipient is responsible to deal with the customs officer or assign the courier company on behalf of you to settle for the goods clearance

In The Case Of Customs Hold:
1. You are required to work with us to communicate with Malaysia Customs officer or you contact them via your courier company.
2. If additional documents are required, we will do the utmost best to provide you the documents and support the goods clearance.
3. The final decision about assessing, valuing, taxing and releasing/refusing, seizing the goods is entirely down to Customs.
4. If customs refused the goods entry, they will either be destroyed with no compensation or turned back, so the courier company will ships them back to manufactured/wholesaler.

COMPENSATION

BACKORDER (OUT OF STOCK)
1. If all of the products orders are in stock, we will immediately fulfill the order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled.
2. In any case of purchase order is Out-Of-Stock, GOODSHOP TO U reserves the right to terminate and cancel the purchase order without the agreement of buyer.

3. The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee
4. Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty

All merchandises cover with full manufacturer and rsquo;s warranty and direct warranty provided by manufacturers and suppliers.

GOODSHOP TO U only offer buyer with limited warranty against products defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days only.

RETURN POLICY
Return faulty/defective merchandise procedure
1. Returned faulty or defective merchandise to us. Buyer bears the shipping cost without reimbursed
2. We will return the faulty merchandise to the nearest service center or oversea manufacturers/wholesaler or said supplier for repair and replacement Only

Item received damage/broken due to mishandling of courier services
1. Please reject and return the item in full to respective courier company and file a claim form on the courier services
2. Email a copy of the and #39;Claim form and quot; to us and we will arrange replacement for you
3. Damage or broken merchandise must be claim to us not later than 3 days of delivery (No Exception)

After sales for 14 days from the date of receipt
1. Buyer is fully responsible for the cost of returning merchandise back to the nearest service center or oversea manufacturers for repair.

RETURN AUTH# REQUIRED
1. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise directly to manufacturers or wholesaler or send to us. Manufacturers and Wholesaler will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, please email goodshop2u@hotmail.com and discuss with us for authorization approval.
2. We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 7 days from the time you(Buyer) receive your purchase, excluding returns of defective product.
3. RA # and #39;s have a validity period of 14 days from the date of issue.

Package the return carefully. Shipments will not be reimbursed for damages due to insufficient packaging, even if the merchandise is insured. Print the RA number prominently on the top of the package.

RESTOCKING FEES
Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a mis-ship of product, it will be subject to a 25-50% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original and sellable conditions with valid of RA# approval. Item must be return within 7 days from the date of receipt the goods by the initial of consignee, else it cannot be accepted from return

EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANY IN RETURNS
