RETURN POLICY
Return faulty/defective merchandise procedure
1. Returned faulty or defective merchandise to us. Buyer bears the shipping cost without reimbursed

1. Please reject and return the item in full to respective courier company and file a claim form on the courier services

RETURN AUTH# REQUIRED
1. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise directly to manufacturers or wholesaler or send to us. Manufacturers and Wholesaler will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, please email goodshop2u@hotmail.com and discuss with us for authorization approval.
2. We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 7 days from the time you(Buyer) receive your purchase, excluding returns of defective product.
3. RA # and #39;s have a validity period of 14 days from the date of issue.
Package the return carefully. Shipments will not be reimbursed for damages due to insufficient packaging, even if the merchandise is insured. Print the RA number prominently on the top of the package.
RESTOCKING FEES
Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a mis-ship of product, it will be subject to a 25-50% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original and sellable conditions with valid of RA# approval. Item must be return within 7 days from the date of receipt the goods by the initial of consignee, else it cannot be accepted from return
EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANY IN RETURNS
