If you purchase or make payments to Maplersnet, this confirms that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in the Warranty and Return Policies posted in this page of our website.
1) All products purchased from Maplersnet are covered by warranty of its respective distributors/ manufacturers/ suppliers. Maplersnet and #39;s Warranty policy is in accordance with policies, terms and conditions set forth on the respective brand distributors and #39;/ manufacturers and #39;/ suppliers and #39; Warranty Policy, for the Products you purchase.
2) Warranty starts from the date item(s) purchased is received by customer (delivered date as stated in the courier service tracking).
3) Customers are required to produce the following in order to claim warranty:

Original Receipt with our Company and #39;s official chop or invoice sent out to your email by Maplersnet.

Warranty card by the product(s) distributor (if any)

Complete Package of product(s) with all of its original content in good condition
4) All products sold here at Lelong.com have 7-days-return-policy. Customers may exchange purchased goods with any available product(s) of the same price or higher (with payment top up) with 10% restocking fees + Shipping cost will be levied on agreed exchange(s) - with exception of wrong item(s) shipped. Product(s) received by customers with manufacturing defects are entitled to 1 to 1 exchange of the same product within 7 days of the delivered date (as stated in courier service tracking). Limited warranty by supplier/ manufacturer is claimable after the 7 day return period.
5) Maplersnet is not liable for any shipment costs or shipment lost/ damage during return shipment.
6) For product(s) wrongly shipped, Maplersnet will compensate return shipment cost in the form of discount voucher issued by and can be used to shop at Maplesnet online store.
7) Full refund is payable to customer if product(s) of exchange is out of stock. Customer is also allowed to choose other available product(s) of the same price or higher if exchange product(s) is out of stock.
8) Maplersnet is not liable for any damages to customer and #39;s equipments or injuries caused directly/ indirectly by misuse or manufacturing defects of product(s) purchased from Maplersnet. All lawsuits and disputes shall be directed to the respective product manufacturer.
9) This warranty policy is correct for all purchases made from within Malaysia and Singapore. Maplersnet is not liable for exchange or refund of international purchases.
