After the receiving of your order, we need some time to test the product in order to ensure its quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Please follow the steps mentioned below to return goods:

1. Contact us first by email or online chatting with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem.

4. You have to immediately send the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
