DELIVERY

1. Courier service via Kangaroo Worldwide Express.
2. Shipping handling charges rate: West Malaysia ~ Minimum of RM10.00 ~ Within 3kg = RM15.00
3. Shipping handling charges rate: East Malaysia ~ Need to special arrangment.
4. Shipping handling fee are not refundable.
5. Please allow 3 business days for delivery (after we make the payment confirmation).
6. Goods will be send from Monday to Friday only. No delivery on weekend and public holiday.
7. We are not responsible for any damages/loss in transit. All claims will need to be made to the courier company in the event of damage/lost in transit. For damaged/loss item, contact us by phone at 012 - 729 1085 or email within 3 business days of receipt. For damages, you will need to provide us a de and #115;cr and #105;ption and photo of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email.
