We ship out all items by using Pos Laju courier service except if there is any special request from customer.

Ready Stocks: 1-2 working days and for East Malaysia within 2-4 working days.
Pre-order: 7-12 working days.
We charge minimum RM 6.00for west Malaysia and RM 9.00for east Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) as postage fee for every single order.
Postage fee will increase with quantity and weight of the products to be shipped.
We offer combine shipping if buyer's purchase multiple items from our store.Courier charges for combine shipping is calculated based on the actual weight of the total products purchased.System will automatically calculate the combine shipping fee and show on the check out page.Free delivery offer is only available for certain items as mentioned.

Tracking and Receiving
Customers can track their parcel on the official website of the courier (Pos Laju) using the tracking number provided by us once the parcel is shipped out.
We will send you the tracking number by mail and sms.When receiving the parcel, customers are to check the parcel before signing and receiving it.
If the item is broken or faulty, please do not accept it and please contact us immediately.We are not responsible if the product is lost once you have signed the parcel.

We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept return or exchange following our policy written below.
Items are returnable or exchangable within 2 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.
Important Notes :
- Items must be return in the original condition including taps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Customers need to submit the request within 2 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 2 days will not be entertained.
- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
- Items must be sent out from customers side within 3 days upon successful request.
- Postage of return and replacement will be borne by DOUBLECROXX for the items with reason stated at "Returnable/Exchangeable" Section.
- Items can be exchanged with the same design and color only.
- If customers received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
- Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.
- Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems.
- Wrong items from what you have ordered.
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed .
- Transparent slightly or bad odor.
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold out items are not available for exchange.
- Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
- Seller shall not be responsible for lost/damage of goods during the delivery period
by courier services.However,the buyer may reserved the right to claim from the courier company.
