1. Product warranty period, if the following cases found, consumer need to pay the full maintainance costs.
- If the product found any physical defect such as burn marks/chip, pins/connectors/sockets broken,misused,componenet removed,screen cracked or liquid logged,damage caused by fire,flood,water damaged.
- Warranty labels or tamper label altered or damaged.
- The use of illegal software.
- Use with not original accessories ( Charger/Adapter/Battery) situation,resulting in damage to the device, this is consider misuse and void warranty.
2. For original set, please refer to the respective manufacturer website or in box documents ( if any ) for warranty service.
3. For imported set, a warranty card is provided for further information regarding the warranty terms and conditions.
4. Request for repair of product within the warranty period without present warranty card will not be entertained.
- We offer 1 Day ( 24 Hrs ) return policy for items which has Manufacturer Defect.
- To exchange it for a new one ( must be prior approved by our management ), all return items must be the same as the conditions as we shipped out then only will be exchanged.
- Any problem occur after 1 Day ( 24 Hrs ) with the product purchased, it will takes for repair, no exhanges on used items.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable at any cases.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our management and the consumer responsible for the package until it arrives at our location.
