• All orders in stock are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Average delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 working days.
• Any dates/times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay however caused.
  
• All orders are either dispatched by Pos Laju Courier Service, Skynet Courier Service, Kangaroo Courier Service, Airpak Express.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss during the shipping period from courier companies.
• We have the rights to reject or refund back the money to the customer IF the ordered item is out of stock or not available.

• Faulty products can be returned along with the order number and a description of the fault. We may replace the item only if the item are considered as manafacturer defect. We are not responsible on the faulty which is caused by misused of the products.
