Items will be sent out within two working days after confirming payment.
Strictly NO COD nor SELF COLLECT and no MEET UP. It's simply too time consuming to do this.
Combine Delivery is Not Allow for auction items.
Items will be send daily, every Monday to Thursday.
We do not Deliver items on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's to avoid damage/lost during weekend transit
Shipping charges are not refundable.

All Emails will be reply within 48 hours. All items will be send out within 48 hours after the payment is made.
Please Complete Deal within 3 Days after the auction ends.
If winner does not email/reply within 3 working days, SELLER reserves the right to cancel the deal and resell the item without prior notice.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF THE TERMS STATED ARE NOT AGREED!

All items are checked thoroughly in working condition before dispatching.
No exchange of goods unless the product is Defective On Arrival - 1 to 1 exchange.
There will be no exchanging/replacement of items after buyer has received the item after 24 hours.
Buyer is to pay for the return shipping & delivery fees (defected item or items), Seller pays for the replacement of delivery fees.
The returned item must be in Complete Set with full accessories, box and manual. [ must be sent back within 2 days ]
Return Items Policy: NO DAMAGED ITEMS by buyer is allowed for exchanging.
We only accept returns of new unused products in their original packaging.
