But sometimes, there may be some accident and you need to exchange the goods . Please do keep the package and goods fine if you want to return or have a refund.
If items are in the following condition, you may return the item for an exchange within 3 days after you received it and we also will cover your shipping cost (POS LAJU shipping cost ONLY)
a. Quality issue
b. Damaged during the shipment
c. Sending wrong item
Due to below reasons, return for exchange still can be consider but refund for money is not allowed. You also need to pay all shipping cost during this matter.
1. Not interested any more for the product.
2. Mistake order by customer side.
3. Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
4. Parcel return due to nobody at home to sign it.
