- Peninsular Malaysia: Next 2 to 5 business days from delivery day
- East Malaysia: Next 5 to 8 business days from delivery day
Delivery sometimes delay is out of our control. Delivery could be delayed due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address is out of service area, public holidays or delivery workload of Courier Service.
- We will update the tracking number at the lelong order between 7pm to 10pm on the delivery day
- Please take note that most courier system is not updated online instantly, we advice you to check after 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.
- All sales are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. My Toy Paradise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.
