·       We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) as payment. A 2% merchant fee will be charged. Credit card transactions can only be done at our retail outlet in SS2.

·       For maybank2u transfers, please enter askmusicmaster@gmail.com when prompted for an e-mail address. This will enable us to process your order more efficiently.

·       Please include RM0.50 for bank commission charges when paying via outstation cash deposit or outstation cheque.

·       IMPORTANT! After making payment, please e-mail the following details to us:

1.        Item number/Item title

2.        Date of payment

3.        Total amount paid

4.        Method of payment used

5.        Screenshot of payment (for online transfer) or photograph of bank-in slip (only if convenient)

6.        Your Lelong ID

7.        Your real name (or receiver’s name)

8.        Your shipping address (or receiver’s shipping address)

9.        Your mobile phone number (or receiver’s mobile phone number)

·       You may choose to add a few cents to your payment for easy recognition (e.g. pay us RM1,000.69 instead of RM1,000.00). Please notify us if you intend to do this.

·       Please include RM0.50 for bank commission charges when paying via outstation cash deposit or outstation cheque.

Terms & Conditions

·       PLEASE DO NOT BID if you do not agree with our terms and conditions. No cancellation of bids is allowed.

·       Please contact us at askmusicmaster@gmail.com to resolve any questions you might have prior to bidding.

·       Your bid is a binding contract. If you win an auction, you MUST proceed to pay for the item.

·       Non-paying bidders & joy bidders will be reported to Lelong and negative feedback will be left. You WILL get a strike.

·       The winner of an auction will receive an e-mail from Lelong after the auction ends. This e-mail contains information necessary for you to make payment.

·       Payment is to be made within 48 hours of end of auction. If no payment is received in this period, the item will be re-listed and you will be reported as a non-paying bidder.

·       We take our business very seriously. Non-paying bidders will be blacklisted in our Customer Database. This database is widely circulated among musical instrument dealers and resellers in the whole of Malaysia.

·       All sales are final. No refunds and exchanges will be granted.

·       Shipping charges are non refundable.

·       We do not cover losses or damages incurred during shipping, as this is PosLaju’s responsibility. However, we will provide our customers with the information needed to make a PosLaju claim.

·       The warranty period commences from the date of delivery.

·        As fellow musicians, we know that quality is a crucial factor in the instruments we use. Hence, we sell only products of the highest quality. All items are inspected once before listing, and one more time before being sent to you.

·        We have been in the music business for over 4 years and we are well reputed for our honest pricing. You will find many testimonials to our excellent service in online forums (LowYat, JamTank etc.)

·        Our delivery service covers the entire Peninsula Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak.

·        We are aware of the importance of trust, especially over the Internet. We believe that healthy communication between the buyer and the seller is essential when undertaking an online transaction.

·        We are extremely fair and accurate in describing the condition and specifics of each item listed for sale.

·        We strive to treat you with the highest possible standard of customer service and will answer any queries you might have to the best of our abilities.

·        We have a reliable warranty policy that is designed with our buyers’ best interests in mind. You are strongly encouraged to read this policy before bidding on an item.

Warranty

·        Our warranty constitutes the repair or replacement of a faulty item purchased from us during the qualifying period.

·        If re-shipping is needed following a successful warranty claim, the buyer shall pay for this.

·        Under NO circumstances will refunds be given.

·        All new items carry a one (1) year warranty period. This warranty may be claimed directly from the manufacturer of the item, or from Music Master Studio.

·       All used pedals, pickups, amplifiers and electronic parts/gadgets (tuners, switches etc.) carry a one (1) month warranty period. This warranty may be claimed from Music Master Studio.

·       The warranty period varies for used guitars and basses. Please do not hesitate to contact us about this.

·       Our warranty does not cover

a)    Mechanical wear and tear (broken strings, worn frets, tarnished hardware etc.)

b)    Damage caused by recklessness, improper handling or abuse (dents, chips, cracks etc.)

c)     Damage sustained while attempting to modify an item (opening a pedal up, changing guitar parts etc.)

d)    Self-inflicted electrical/electronic component damage (use of an incompatible adapter, overloading an adapter etc.)

e)    Environmental damage (exposure to extreme temperatures, bad weather including lightning strikes, household pests, natural disasters etc.)

·        We reserve the right to decline any warranty claim should any of the above events be adjudged to occur.

·        Please think twice before leaving negative feedback. Negative feedback does not go away. If there is a problem, we can always work together and communicate to resolve it.

·        We aim to create good relationships with our customers and we look forward to your comments and suggestions on how we can improve our service.
