- Bank in payment to our assigned bank account.
- Once the payment is notify us, we will pack your order and courier out with trusted courier services within 3-5 working days. Please take note we will check all items is in good condition before posted.
- We will notify you the courier trace number once your order is posted.
- Our standard postal method within Malaysia is by PosLaju.
- All ordered items are checked during the packing process and ensured to be in good conditions before posting out.
- We will post your order within 3-5 working days after rceipt of complete payment.
- When your orders are posted out, you will receive an email and SMS notification from us along with a tracking number for your reference.
- You will be responsible for informing us should you fail to receive your parcel after the stipulated delivery period. We will then do what we can in our ability to investigate the cause of the problem.
- We would appreciate that you inform us when you received your items so that we know it’s in safe hands.
- If your items can’t be posted or if there is a lengthy delay in the posting of your item, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the reason.
TERMS CONDITIONS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Due to the fact that actual product size and colours may be different based on the lighting and background colour and different devices used while viewing the website, we will try our best in showing the product photos that is the closet to the actual item. Therefore, we will not accept the reason of product discrepancies on our website.
2. Goods sold are all brand new. We are not held responsible for any items that are damaged or missing during delivery or postage.
3. We will not accept any return or refund of product unless:
* Wrong items delivered.
* Products are not functioning upon receipt.
4. You are responsible to report us if any of the above mentioned discrepancies within 3 days of receipt.
5. Return postage fees shall be borne by customer while bear the postage of the replacements via PosLaju. Please ensure that the affected items are returned together with their orginal packaging.
