Our online shop is using courier service to ensure the goods reach you in the shortest time (1-2 business days).
- At Krissu Fashion, we will do our parcel packing once we receive payment from you. This condition only applies on weekday. After we had completed our packing, parcel will be send our within 24 hours.
- Under certain circumstance, we may delay your parcel delivery without any prior notice due to unforeseen problem happen on our side. As for some urgent cases, you may inform us by putting a remark on the order form when you summit your order to us. We will try our best to arrange this urgent delivery to you.
- In the case of your order is out of stock or the stock is not in proper condition, we will try our best to inform you by email or sms before we post out your goods. We might send out an email to you for goods exchange with the same value or pay extra for higher value product. If you exchange with a lower price item, we will refund you in the balance in discount coupon.
- Krissu Fashion has the right to choose the cheapest mode of delivery based on your address location and weight of your parcel. If possible please inform us in your order form if any courier company that did not reach your place.
- You will receive your parcel in 2 working days after we post out the parcel.
- After we had posted out your parcel, We will only provide the parcel tracking number by request. However, if you did not receive the parcel in 4 working days after payment is made, please contact us and we will provide the tracking number to you so that you can call the courier company for follow up.
- If we receive an invalid mailing address, contact number or so on which cause the parcel to return to us, we will not be responsible for paying the resent chargers. Buyer will have to pay us the additional delivery charges to resent the returned parcel.
- There is no delivery during weekend and public holidays. If the delivery and arrival date are fall on holidays, the parcels will only be posted out or arrive during working days after holidays.
- We can arrange to post out the goods by using normal parcel (Post Malaysia) for oversea delivery.

When you are doing online shopping Malaysia, the usual problem that you encounter is when you did not receive what you expected. In order to create a peace of mind while shopping with us, we provide return warranty to all products.
- The warranty validity period is 7 days starting from the day the parcel had been delivered out by us.
- In order to prevent our warranty from being abused, all our refund is in the form of discount coupon and not in cash. Please note that we will automatically deduct 20% from the return item for processing and restocking fee.
- Item returned must be in complete packing and with product tag. Item returned to us that are stained, washed, damaged or used will not be eligible for return.
- Customer has to fully bear for the delivery cost incurred for returning the item to us. Product damaged or lost during shipment to return to us is customer’s full responsibility. Thus we strongly advice you to use registered or courier shipping.
- Each item in our website will be inspected before being shipped out. This is to ensure that the products that leave us are in good condition. Further we will place a clothes tag after inspection. However, quality description is very subjective; therefore, minor stain/spots, off-line, minor scratches are not considered as quality issue. We still allow for item return if you insist on it, but 20% will be deducted from the returned item as processing and restocking fee.

Even though we have inspected our products before we ship out, we could not control the product condition during transportation. If you found out that the product you received is damaged, we are willing to exchange for you.
Color of the actual products might slightly different due to lighting effect, camera lighting or different monitor color setting. If you are not satisfied with the actual product's color that you received, we are willing to exchange for you.
