If your parcel does not arrive after 3-5 working days from shipped out
1) Please Check your letter box and a notice might be left at your letter box to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at your nearest courier-service provider ; OR
2) you check the status of your parcel for confirmation OR
3) you can call to Inquire status with parcel tracking number provided by us.

Once the order is confirmed, we will try our best to send your order out within 1-3 business day according your shipment address in order placed. We will consolidate all domestic Malaysia orders and ship them out together same day for all orders payment before 12PM Or after that will be shipped out the next business day.
