1. In most cases, your order is shipped directly from the iSmartec warehouse to you via Poslaju, Skynet or any other reputable courier service. Please make sure your name, shipping address and contact number is correct. Kindly ensure that someone is at home to receive the parcel otherwise buyer need to pay additional shipping fee to resent again should the parcel returned back to us. Please note PosLaju service do not ship to PO box address. All orders will be sent out during weekday except public holiday. (Note: The seller will not bear the responsibilities if the item is sent to your outdated address or delay in shipment due to missing your postal code or telephone numbers contact)


2. For in stock item, normally we will ship out on the same working day if payment are received or cleared before 2pm. We cannot guarantee this but make every efforts to do so. Pickup service by Courier company is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday 5pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Courier company normally take 2-3 days to make delivery to the address. Sabah and Sarawak may take 3-5 days to make delivery. (Except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)


3. We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out situation for a particular item. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.


4. For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 working days.


5. Extreme care has been taken to ensure all products shipped out are in excellent condition. All shipment will be carefully packed with bubble wrap to avoid damage during the transit. If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, contact us by phone at 03.5888.6150 or email to lelong@ismartec.my within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.


For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.


6. We will inform customer courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details once an order is shipped. You can enter the tracking number in their respective link to check your delivery status. Any Call, SMS, PM or Email chasing for delivery status would not be entertained for less than 72 hours after the parcel shipped.

7. Delivery sometimes delay is out of our control. Delivery could be delayed due to recipient not around at time of delivery, location address, public holidays or delivery workload of courier company. We DO NOT guarantee next day arrival of consignment although we have achieved over 95% successful rate in next day arrival.


8. Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel within 7 working days after shipped. We will not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date. We could not responsible to follow up each consignments due to large amount of parcels sent out everyday.


9. Delivery charges may vary depending on the products and weights. Some large volume / heavy weight item will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak.
