All sizes shown are those originally specified by the manufacturer/supplier of the items and shown on the items, where displayed.
 
Whilst we take every care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and complete, but some of it may be supplied to us by third parties and we are unable to guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
 
Slight color variations between the colors of the items shown on the website and their actual colors may occur for technical reasons, as the colours shown on screen may vary depending upon the setting of individual monitor.
 
The price of the products shall be the price listed on the website on the date of your order inclusive of any applicable GST but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you.
 
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has already been shipped, the order will not be cancelled.
 
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred for redelivery will be the responsibility of you.

Policy

Item which is faulty, has manufacturing defect or wrongly described by us, we will happily organize an exchange (as store credits) for you or providing a replacement product.
** Please note that we do not offer refund in terms of cash.
 
Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website.
 
If you consider an item flawed or faulty, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of your order. Please provide your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return.
 
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with the original packing slip and/or invoice.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, or unused and in the original box or packaging. Any free gift, accessories and manuals supplied with the product must be returned.
 
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the item sent back to us for exchange.
Please pack the item properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit and return your merchandise and insure it with a reliable courier company.
 
We reserve the rights to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.
 
We will not accept the return of items from the following category under any circumstances:
