Purchasing Scenario

1. Place your order through Lelong.

2a. When paying through NetPay or online banking, confirmation should be quick or instantaneous.

2b. When paying through ATM/cash/cheque deposit, confirmation will take longer depending on bank, especially cheques, they will take 1-2 working days (-_-') Kindly email/fax to us your bank-in slip for confirmation.

3. Upon payment confirmation, your goods will be sent out on the same working day or the next working day at most. Courier usually takes 1-4 days.

4. You can choose for COD at our store in Dataran Prima, PJ. We will not charge delivery lol. Kindly give us your order in advance before arriving so we can prepare it for you.

Delivery Hiccup Scenario

Though it rarely ever happens but once in a blue moon, sometimes there could be a delay by the courier company. Don't panic, one of the many causes could be:-

1. Incorrect mailing address / handphone number.

2. Receipient not contactable / nobody around.

3. Courier company delay / technical error.

4. Unforseen circumstances.

In any case, simply let us know by giving your order details to us and we will help you look into the matter.


Policy

7 Days Return or Exchange Policy


We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, which is why if you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase or if the item does not live up to your expectation or for any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue an exchange (for item of equal or lesser value). All we ask is that the product is...

  • not used
  • in the same condition you received it
  • in the original box and / or packaging

However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no returns, and thus will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

Return or Exchange Procedures

Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com within 7 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

  • Order no:
  • Contact no:
  • Product to return or exchange:
  • Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!):

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the exchange. Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com first so that we can provide you with complete return or exchange instructions.
