Our Policies

Order Procedure

1. Buyer can be a Lelong Member. Press on [Buy Now] button, and fill in order form with your contact information and submit it. Or, Buyer can sms/contact/email me to make the order.

2. Please wait for the order confirmation before making payment.

3. Upon to the date of confirmation, 3 Days period of the reservation will be given. Payment need to be made within 3 days. Item will be re-listed and sell to others party if the reservation period is ended.

 

Return Policy

1. We offer 1 day ( 24hours ) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products will be inspected both visually and functionally before we ship it.

2. All returned items must be the same as the condition as we ship out can only be exchanged.

3. Any problem occur after 1 day ( 24hours ) with the product you purchase from us, warranty will be used to repair your item ( with charges ).

4. No exchanges on used items.

5. Items must be returned in an appropriate package.

6. Shipping charges (1 way) is on buyer's expense. Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are Not-refundable in any case.

7. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

8. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.

 

Warranty

1. All our items come with one month warranty. Unless otherwise stated.

2. Only Manufacturer's Mechanical Defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, loosen of bezel, dents/chips, etc.). Although certain watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being tight, water damage is not covered.

3. Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair your product. Cost of Parts Replacement is on buyer's expense.

4. All watches listed in our store are Not Water Resistance, unless specifically stated in watch description column.

5. Although the gold plating is very thick, we cannot determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold is not covered by the warranty. Watches cannot be tampered with in anyway.

6. Battery is a consumable item, we do not cover the battery as no one can tell when the battery is going to finish but we will make sure the watch is still working perfectly before we shipped out.

7. The item is subject to final inspection before it is repaired.

8. Items must be returned in an appropriate package. Cost of Parts Replacement and Shipping Charges (1 way) is on buyer's expense.
