1. Is the Smart TV powered by HDMI?
No, it is powered by USB.
2. Does the WiFi built in?
Yes, it is.
3. If my Smart TV does not boot up or the system crashes randomly or the WIFI drops signal?
Most likely the power supply you are using does not supply enough power to the Smart TV, so when system components require more power, system crashed or components failed. If your TV has no USB port, or the USB port is not powered corectly, you need to use the 5V/2A USB adapter to power up the Smart TV.
4. Can I use an USB hub?
Yes, but due to the power issue, a main-powered USB hub is recommended.
5. Can I use BBC iPlayer?
The BBC iPlayer App is not supported yet, but you can acces to BBC iPlayer with Chrome on your Smart TV.
6. Why my Smart TV shows less than the advertised memory value in the settings?
Google Android uses approximately 2.5 GB. If you need more storage, you can add up 32GB using a microSD.
