X-Skin sells graphic items (including, but not limited to, game console skins, mp3 ipod skins) according to the information supplied by the customer at the time the order is placed.
We are not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
X-Skin will replace, exchange or issue a refund/credit only for those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative.
All products are QA checked for flaws and completeness before shipment, but we ask that the customer check their package's contents upon arrival.
You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days from receipt or order is considered complete.
There are absolutely no returns after 30 days.
