2) Warranty starts from the date item(s) purchased is received by customer (delivered date as stated in the courier service tracking).

3) Customers are required to produce the following in order to claim warranty:

• Warranty card by the product(s) distributor (if any)
• Complete Package of product(s) with all of its original content in good condition

Customers may exchange purchased goods with any available product(s) of the same price or higher (with payment top up) with 10% restocking fees + Shipping cost will be levied on agreed exchange(s) - with exception of wrong item(s) shipped.
